Introduction To the Comprehensive Training Frame

The comprehensive training frame consists of a number of elements. There is a brief introduction to several of these elements. 

Swinging Tire Ladder: Exercise the ability to climb with software points. Test the strength of the participants' limbs. 



High-altitude Pile: Participants must overcome high altitude fears, enhance altitude stability, and increase the agility of high-altitude movements.



Broken Bridge: Stimulate potential and increase guts. Exercise challenger's physical coordination and agility of movement. 



Torque Rotator: Two participants turn the turntable in the opposite direction to see who is more powerful. Mainly used to enhance the upper limbs, arms, and waist strength exercises.



Dizzy Bed: Exercise body balance, coordination and anti-stun ability. Overcome the fear of high altitude.
