JP Photography Contest 2019 Successfully Ended

On Aug. 29, 2019, the 2nd JP Photography Contest 2019 successfully ended, and congratulations on Harbin Sport University, who won the 1st prize in this contest, and was awarded one piece of XIAOMI Trolley Case.

From 2018, JP launched the JP Photography Contest, aiming to keep touch with JP’s customers, better record our equipment’s work, and help customers to propagate their program on JP’s SNS platforms.

This year, the 2nd JP Photography Contest started on Aug. 1, 2019, works submission deadline is Aug. 20, 2019. And from Aug. 22, to Aug. 28, 2019, all the works were evaluated based on open online voting system. Finally, the contest result was published on Aug. 29, 2019. in the contest this year, more customers participated in and we received 200+ photography works from 32 units, which is also much more than works we got last year.

Based on our promises, 1 1st prize, 2 2nd prizes, 3 3rd prizes and several excellent prizes were granted. All the awards were prepared by us diligently, including XIAOMI trolley case, XIAOMI AI speaker, travel insulation pot, outdoor headlight, and JP 12th Anniversary Souvenir. In the following 1-year time, JP will help to advertise customers’ adventure park/playground step by step, based on the photography works we got.

Happy 12th Anniversary

Time flies, and on Aug. 28, 2019, JP Development’s 12th birthday comes. All of us get together to celebrate it and wish JP a brighter future.

At 08:30am, a beautiful song named Barley in Breeze song by Serene and Lindsay (original name: 《风吹麦浪》Feng Chui Mai Lang, composed by LI Jian) reached to our ears, and we get together to the party area to enjoy the melodious song.

After the song, the JP Development 12th Birthday Party started. At first, we recalled the past 12 years. We talked about the first day we joined in JP, and recollected memorabilia in every year, for example, JP was authorized to be the designated procurement unit of Psychological Behavior Facilities by Yunnan Public Security Fire Brigade in 2008; we realized the target of double sales amount compare of last year’s in 2010; signed the strategic cooperation contract with Anhui Polytechnic University and Wisdom Camp Experiential Curriculum Research Center Founded in 2015; JP invented Unpowered Continuous Linear Protection System for Canopy Tour and obtained the patent in 2017, etc.

Then mysterious guests shown up. The organizers invited two pastry teachers to guide us to DIY birthday cakes. We were grouped into 7 teams, and requested to make the cake with topic color of rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and purple. Based on our best wishes to JP, we combined our imagination with food materials, utilized team members’ specialty, and finally succeed in making amazing birthday cakes. Here are some of our works:

We displayed our cakes and interpret meaning and culture our cakes represent. We wish JP to be stronger in the future, wish everyone in JP to be happier, and every customer of us can have a good luck as usual in the future, and welcome them to purchase again from us...Mr. Jin, president of JP Development, launched a short speech, and he said, “a kid of 12 years old will come into his teenager period, and ought to change from being naughty to rebellious. I hope JP can achieve a better performance in the rebellious period. The factory has updated himself to be ready and hope all of us can be ready too for the future.”

At last, everyone got a number plate randomly, and was granted a souvenir from JP. JP Trekking Day & Mid-year Summery Meeting 2019

On July 8, 2019, JP Development members got together and came to Huancuiyu Vacation Spot, to start the annual mid-year summery meeting and group trekking challenge, with the topic of “Re-taking the Long March”

Firstly, we came to Historical Site of the Eighth Route Army Rear General Hospital, where the eighth route army ever rescued the wounded in world war II. It’s a patriotism education base and will motivate us to better live and better work by recalling all the hardship times. On 9:30am, after the opening ceremony we divided into 9 groups and started the trekking journey here.

The whole journey is about 20km, including mountain road, steps, wild path, etc. And main station we went across include Luohe Stream, Liner Mountain Area, Longxi Palace, etc. We overcame obstacles together, played games joyfully, appreciate the natural wonders, enjoy fun of fruit harvest, and visit the first project JP Development built in 2003.

After finishing the trekking journey, we commenced the Mid-year Summery Meeting 2019. The whole meeting mainly consist of three parts: summery of work in the 1st half year 2019 and awarding to excellent individuals and teams, team spirit show, and work commitment of the 2nd half year 2019. In the end, the meaningful day ended with a happy party and a peaceful camping night.

Warm Mid-Autumn Festival, Love Gather in JP

The Middle-Autumn Festival is a very important Chinese festival, It is falls on the 15th day of lunar August. On the evening of the festival, there will be a big family dinner, and people who work far away from their homes will try to come back for the union. After dinner, people will sit around the courtyard to enjoy the moon or the whole family will sit in front of the TV to watch the Mid-Autumn party.

We celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival in the company in advance. Planning Department partners carefully decorate the event venue.The first part of the activity is to find your own partner through red string matching. 

Then in the name of the company to each other to write a festival card, on behalf of the company to send a sincere festival blessing to the staff’s family. Everyone is very attentive to write this card. After the event, the card will be sent to the family with the festival gift.

At last, all the employees in the company recorded a short video to send a festival blessing to colleagues who are running around. JP and all the staff wish everyone have a happy Mid-Autumn Festival. Also wish JP's tomorrow is getting better and better.

Happy 11th Birthday

On Aug. 28, 2018, JP Development celebrate it’s 11th birthday in the office building.

Based on efforts of preparatory team, the whole venue was decorated beautiful and warm. In the morning, when everyone stepped to office directed by red carpet, the Photo Wall recalled their memory about times flied, and the attendance wall led everyone to the bright future.

On 08:30, the birthday party started officially. Every department told a story about member in their team and sent wishes to JP.

Then, gifts JP prepared for everyone were distributed. Everyone got a book, on whose cover there is wishes from Ms. Zang, general manager of JP. And the preparatory team also sent Ms. Zang and Mr. Jin, president of JP Development a special Album respectively, which contain lots of memories in the past 11 years.

After Mr. Jin shared his feelings and wishes, birthday cake debuted, and everyone sang the birthday song for JP, expressing their blessings to JP.

With the family portrait shot, the birthday party ended successfully. As a member of JP, we would like JP’s future to be better and better.

2018 JP Development Mid-year Summary Meeting

On 10 July 2018, JP’s annual Mid-year Summary Meeting opened in Zhengzhou, where JP locates, and was proved to be a great success.

This event mainly consists of two parts: team building activities, and performance summary meeting.

On 7 o’clock in the morning, JP’s employees got together at the gate of factory, and prepared for the first trip: a bicycle trip from JP’s factory to North Gate of Zhengzhou University, total 13km. All the participants were grouped into 4 teams. Mr. Jin Jianyang, President of JP, started the trip, and issued team flags to them.

It was a rainy day, but everyone was full of energy and tried their best to more quickly arrive at the first destination: Station of Belief--Zhengzhou University. According to time of arrival, four teams got corresponding awards and shared feeling during cycling. Then after a short rest, all the four teams began the second trip: walk from Zhengzhou University to JP Development’s office building, which is a 11km trip. They would pass two stations before got to the final destination, and should finish missions at the two stations: Standing Bushes, and Energy Transmission. Finally, Team of Vitality won the 1st prize.

After four teams all got to destination, the Part II, Mid-year Summary Meeting started. Firstly, winner team in Part I was awarded rewards, and then, 10 Sales Models of Mid-year 2018 were awarded Honor Certificate and rewards. Excellent Employee, Ms. Sun Huiling from Design & Planning Dept, was awarded Honor Certificate and the reward of Travel to Zhangjiajie, same with the Excellent Team: Military Equipment Sales Dept. Thirdly, every department of JP showed their performance and promise for the rest of 2018. At last, Ms. Zang Lele, general manager of JP Development shared whole JP’s performance of 2018 by now, and encourage everyone to work harder to achieve their own year aims as well as win the final year travel award.

With bottles of wine, the 2018 JP Development Mid-year Summary Meeting ended successfully.

On Apr. 13, 2018, the video shot by PMA China about Henan’s glorious history and promising future shown up and displayed Henan’s charm.

Never Miss the Best Spring 2017

Accompanied by vigorous music, in bright uniform, JP started its half-day spring trip on Apr. 22, 2017, with the topic of “Never Miss the Best Spring 2017”.

As the 1st part of the whole trip, “Listening to Mr. Bai” starts the beautiful day. There’s an old saying goes that The Most Valuable Time of One Year is Spring While That of One Day is Morning, so colleagues of JP learnt so much after Mr. Bai’s speech.

Then, we came to Part II, namely, Let’s Run, Little Bamboo Shoots! All of us were grouped into 6 teams randomly, and every team showed up in a typical way on the red carpet, led by their captain.

Following, the relay race began. And after fierce competition, teams winning the first place, the second place and the third place were awarded special prizes: Famous Spicy Sauces and Big Fresh Tomatoes.

Thirdly, chapter III “Pastoral Life” started. All of us picked and feasted lovely strawberry, searched wild vegetables, cooked and picnicked happily.

Wonderful time always flies. And this impressive spring trip will be memorized by us forever.

Thai Customers Visited JP for Long-term Cooperation

On Mar. 7, 2017, JP’s valued Thai customers visited us from afar for the long-term cooperation.

Based on previous communication, the Thai friends and JP discussed the details of the structure that to be built in Thailand, including elements position, force allocation, and other technical issues. Then questions about safety harness were answered one by one. And finally, two parties reached a consensus and signed contact on site for long-term cooperation.

 

At the end, to show JP’s warmest welcome and best wishes for our visitors, Miss Zang, JP’s general manager, offered each customer an exquisite present, hoping the cooperation can be pleasant and mutually beneficial.
